Bios:

  • Dr. Yvonne Thayer is a workforce development researcher and consultant, a former executive with the Southern Regional Education Board, and a former state director of adult literacy, holds a doctorate in Adult Education from Teachers College at Columbia University.

  • Dr. Margaret Driscoll is a corporate executive who works at the intersection of enterprise (organization-wide) technology and workplace learning, and is currently evaluates technology products including ones using AI, also holds a doctorate in Adult Education from Teachers College.

  • Dr. Saul Carliner is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Education at Concordia University in Montreal, where his research focuses on the design of instructional and informational materials for the workplace, the management of groups that produce such materials, and related issues of professionalism, and has worked extensively on policies related to job competencies for the past decade and a half. He holds a doctorate in instructional technology from Georgia State University.
