Bios:
Dr. Alexis A. Fink is a leading figure in People Analytics, having led People Analytics teams at several major tech companies as well as extensive work in organizational transformation, organizational culture, leadership assessment, and the application of advanced analytical methods to human capital problems. Alexis is a Fellow of SIOP, was recipient of SIOP's Distinguished Service Award in 2019, is an Affiliated Research Scientist USC’s Center for Effective Organizations and was Chair of the IT Survey Group, an industry consortium dedicated to employee surveys. Alexis earned her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Old Dominion University. Alexis also serves as the Practice Editor for Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice.
Dr. Seung Won Yoon, Professor of Human Resource Development and People Analytics at Texas A&M University. His research focuses on enhancing employee and organizational performance by integrating leadership, learning and knowledge sharing, and technology. He frequently applies frameworks from social capital theory, network science, and data analytics in his work. Seung Won currently serves as President of the Academy of Human Resource Development. He previously taught instructional technology for over a decade and worked as an IT project manager for several years.
Dr. Brad Shuck is an internationally recognized scholar, entrepreneur, and thought leader in employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership development. He is the author of Employee Engagement: A Research Overview (Routledge, 2020) and has published numerous peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and invited presentations. His work has been featured in major news outlets around the world, including Forbes, The Washington Post, and India’s Economic Times. Brad is a tenured Full Professor of Human Resource and Organizational Development at the University of Louisville. He holds advanced degrees in Counseling, Student Affairs, Human Resource Development, and Adult Education. He is also the Co-Founder of OrgVitals, a purpose-built, research-driven culture management platform used globally to improve strategic alignment, leadership, and employee experience. He holds four U.S. copyrights and one pending trademark for his intellectual property related to employee engagement and organizational well-being.
