Bios:

  • Dr. Katherine Jeffery is a generational strategist and business consultant. Katherine’s firm specializes in developing business strategies that help organizations navigate generational complexities as five generations work side-by-side in the workforce. Katherine has spent over 20 years studying human behavior and working with the Millennial generation. As a consultant, she has worked with leading global companies across a wide range of industries, helping them innovate and transform culture and develop strong, cohesive teams.

  • Dr. Malaika Edwards is Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Development and Consumer Sciences at the University of Houston, where she teaches HRD courses at the Undergraduate and Graduate level. Malaika’s scholarly interests include Workplace Aging, Multigenerational Workplaces, Retirement Planning and Organizational Business Continuity. Prior to her academic career, Malaika worked in various Human Resource roles managing the HR function across different sectors, and she is also a business writer and authors HR columns for a Caribbean media house.

  • Dr. Marie-Line Germain who is Professor of Human Resources and Leadership at Western Carolina University. Marie-Line is the author of three books, and she has published numerous research articles in journals and presented at international conferences. Her research and consulting focus on dysfunctional behaviors and psychosocial risks in the workplace. She holds several leadership roles at research and professional associations, is a Fulbright recipient and is the founder of the podcast show, Dear Human Resources.
