Bios:

  • Dr. Andrea D. Ellinger is Emerita Professor of Human Resource Development in the Soules College of Business at The University of Texas at Tyler. She has received several teaching, research and service awards during her career, including The Outstanding HRD Scholar Award for 2012 from The Academy of Human Resource Development. She is a former editor of Human Resource Development Quarterly and currently serves on multiple editorial boards. Andrea has an extensive publishing record and has presented her research regionally, nationally, internationally. Her research interests include informal learning, organizational learning and learning organizations, managerial coaching and mentoring, employee engagement and organizational change and development.

  • Dr. Jenni Jones is an Associate Professor in the Management and Leadership Department at the University of Wolverhampton Business School. She has worked in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors within HRM and HRD Manager and Consultant related roles. She has been working in Higher Education since 2004 currently chairing the Faculty Learning and Teaching Working and Research groups. Her own research focuses on coaching, mentoring, leadership, and diversity, and her work has been published in a variety of book chapters and peer reviewed journals including Human Resource Development International and the International Journal of Emergency Services. Jenni is also an active member of the EMCC regionally and across the UK.
