HRD Masterclass Podcast Series from AHRD: Scholar Release Form

By completing and submitting the form below, you consent to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of your voice and performance as part of the HRD Masterclass podcast series from AHRD, a production of ALLbyPODCAST LLC on behalf of the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD). For the purposes of this Release Form, “Us” and “We” refer to AHRD and ALLbyPODCAST LLC, and “You” and “Your” refer to You – the scholar contributing to the podcast.

You grant us the non-exclusive worldwide rights to reproduce, distribute, and sell your voice and performance, in whole or in part, in any media, as part of this podcast published under the auspices of AHRD, and to license these rights to others, in perpetuity, for which you will receive no monetary compensation.

You grant us the rights to edit and/or transcribe your presentation, and understand that, prior to publication/broadcast, you will receive an edited version of your performance and be given 72 hours to review and propose edits. If you do not respond within 72 hours, your approval is assumed and we have full rights to publish/broadcast the edited performance. You understand that we are under no obligation to make any edits based on your proposals, but will consider them on their merits and provide a full response within 72 hours of receiving them.

You grant us the rights to use your name, biography and likeness in connection with the podcast.

You warrant that your performance will not infringe on the rights of others, and that you have full power to grant this license. Should your performance incorporate copyrighted materials of others, you warrant that you have obtained necessary permission from those parties for publication/broadcast by AHRD, consistent with this Agreement.

If the foregoing terms are satisfactory, please complete and date this agreement below. Execution of this Agreement does not obligate us to publish your performance.

I hereby consent to the use of my performance as described, and agree with the provisions of this release form.
